I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families learn how to heal from past trauma or struggles so they may build a better future. My work focuses on talk-therapy to find and process the root cause of your pain to help you learn skills to reduce and manage symptoms in a healthier way. I believe in a collaborative approach that can help you to gain insight and understanding so you may heal.
I’m passionate about helping military, veteran, law enforcement, and their families who are managing the unique life situations that may affect them. I also have experience with those with a history of substance use in the family.
I am a veteran who served before and after 9-11 including multiple deployments. I was a military spouse through my partners deployments, as well as a law enforcement spouse. My research focused on young military widows.
I am also an approved supervisor in the state of Missouri and an AAMFT approved supervisor candidate.
If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request.
